1. Description of Service
VisBets provides sports analytics, player projections, data visualizations, and model-based statistical insights. VisBets is an analytics platform and is not a sportsbook. We do not accept bets, take wagers, facilitate gambling, or operate any betting service.
All projections, forecasts, and analysis provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.
2. No Guarantees
VisBets does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any projection, forecast, or analytical output. The Service does not guarantee profit, winnings, or any specific outcome. Users assume all responsibility for decisions made based on information obtained from the Service.
Past model performance does not predict future results.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using VisBets, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Account Registration
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
5. Subscriptions and Payments

Refund policies, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of subscription.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VisBets and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VisBets and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
VisBets may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or any other policies. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
12. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which VisBets operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
